What is worth writing about

• A correction to the compatibility table. If a quote there is stale, misread, or your firm has changed a rule, we would rather hear it from you than from a trader who lost an account. Send the URL and the sentence.
• A ruling you obtained yourself. If your firm has told you in writing whether a third-party risk tool is allowed, that is the most useful mail this address can get. It gets published verbatim and attributed to the firm, not to you, unless you ask otherwise.
• A question about whether it fits your firm — with the caveat that the honest answer is often the one already on the compatibility page, and that only your firm's own written answer settles it.

If you are a prop firm

Requests for a written ruling have been written for ten firms and sent to eight of them — the remaining two are web forms, still to be submitted. Each one quotes the specific rule that creates the doubt and names the product, so the answer rules on this tool rather than on a hypothetical. Every reply is published on the compatibility page, quoted exactly, including the ones that say no — three do, and they are the first three there. If you want your firm's position corrected or stated, this address is the fastest route to it.

What this address is not

• Not a support desk. The tool is in testing, has no users and no release; replies come from one person and are best-effort.
• Not a sales channel. There is no price and nothing to buy. If that changes, it will be on the home page before it is in an inbox.
• Not a mailing list. Your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
